I hope that there still alive first lot out by the end of the week day 18 today then the duck eggs have another 11 days to go so they will stay in the house I do not want to loose that lot Trev

It was hot alright over 40 here too had the sprinklers on and hosed down some other pens .I am lucky tho I have the incubators in a cellar and even on those hot days it stays under 30 in there , the room ranges from 12 to 27 I have had lots of success since shifting the incubators down there.

It was hot alright. I don't know if it affected the incubator. Time will tell.

Fingers crossed you'll get some if not all of the chicks. Anxious wait for you this weekend. Are you going to sit by the incubator?

Trev,
Ring the breeder to tell them that the eggs were not fertile. It's one thing to have them DIS but another thing to be sold infertile eggs. I understand that not all eggs will be fertile but all of them?
You may need to just buy birds rather than eggs.
