I cant offer much advice on this problem beck. How crooked is the beak? Maybe take a piccie looking down from above and post it. Is he having trouble eating because of it or is it more a cosmetic thing? If it isnt causing him any discomfort or impeding his quality of life, it may be something you will have to live with. The others may have some advice for you

Hi Beck, Orpingtons are beautiful and have the most placid nature, as far as I know the crooked beak is a breeding problem, hence I wouldnt recommend him to breed with and showing would be out of the question, as you didnt notice it until you picked him I presume it is not too bad, as long as he is able to eat and drink OK there shouldnt be any problems ,just keep an eye on him for any weigh loss and possibly a bit of a beak trim might help.
