Hi everyone - my daughters and I love chooks. We have moved around a bit but always have some Isa brown girls, but branched out into silkies when my then 9 year old fell in love with them at the Perth Royal Show two years ago. We have two old ladies (Isa's) and two sweet white silkies (Roxie and Honey). Even though we now live in suburbia - we have managed to squeeze in a great run overlayed with grapes for the summer and have heaps of veges in (but only cucumbers fruiting). Its been lovely reading everyone's messages. Cheers Lisa

Hi Lisa Passed through Mandurah twice yesterday on way to Perth and back. Crab and fetta pie at the Miamia Bakehouse was fantastic! I have one white silkie cross I have used as a mum many times, and her mother and grandmother before her, for chickens and guinea fowl keats. Lovely birds but now I have wyandottes and they are good mums too. Do you know anyone that has bantam frizzles that might be interested in selling some? Anyway, welcome to the board. Mike Murphy (Walpole)
