last night I had a call from a mate help me I need your mincer mate, pack up off I go . He has a whole lamb he wanted for sausages good stuff. We made Rosemary and lamb, tomato powder and lamb, chilly and lamb. and lamb and lamb sausages. ;D ;D all good to look at so the test will be tomorrow when I through one or two in the pan, should be good as fresh as they are and it makes a change from Beef and pork sausages . Oooooh yum! We did ours a couple of weeks ago and highly recommend homemade over shop (plastic) ones. 6 of us made 120kgs - yes, I was making sausages in my sleep! But so very worth it. Enjoy Trev!

you lead a very enriching life trev, its great to hear about it, making sausages, you could eat them with your cheese on top lol

oh trev, that is such a hard decision, i wish you all the best and good luck to auntie, my dad is nearly that age, he just turned 83 at the end of last month and he likes his routines
