I have been patiently waiting for my batch of eggs to hatch that I got from over east....they were due yesterday ...my hubby just called and told me 9 have hatched out today ....yay I was starting to worry.
I started out with 24 eggs but 8 were not fertile. so from the 16 that were OK I have 7 left to hatch
can't wait to see how they all turn out... there should be creoles and mottles and buffs

Hi Carolyn,
Great to hear that your eggs are hatching. Can't wait to see pics of your little ones. I put 3 of my eastern state eggs under my broody muscovy and the rest will go in the in-laws incubator. I hope i get as good a hatch rate.
Cheers Terry

I ended up with 13 chicks altogether. 1 black, 1 grey and all of the rest are little yellow cheepers. I have taken some photos so I will post them soon.
