Another person is Gerri Gregory in QLD, she packs her eggs so well that you never have to worry about breakages and I always get a great hatch rate from her eggs. Her email is daveg73@gmail.com website www.freewebs.com/pompompoultry/

Looks like 2 pullets to me. That light one is an eyecatching colour isnt it. Is that what some people are calling wheaten?

I mentioned the colours to Maxine when they hatched and she said they were silver and lemon partridge with the darker one being blue partridge. That one is my favourite colour too. I am leaning towards pullets myself for the lot because of their crests.

Hehe I bet she'd be horrified Carolyn!! Beck, I think that some lines are just fluffier than others. I think this lot of silkies are from a pampered show line that never go out in the dirt or get to have a dustbath etc! Lucky these offspring got to have Tina as their mummy!

I was thinking of sending her some pictures and confessing, NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Poor dear would probably have plastic pups...lol They are a very fluffy line and I will be very interested in how their offspring turn out. I want to put my blue/splash rooster over them and see what we get. So far his colouring has been pretty dominant in producing dark blue babies. Put that together with their fluff, WOW!!!!
