Good Points: The breeds section is good for beginners learning all the different breeds. It covers personality, looks and egg laying capabilities of each breed. I refer to it quite often when I want to check something about a particular breed. It also has a glossary of all the poultry terms, which again is very useful for a beginner.
Bad Points: Being an English book, alot of the breeds are not available here in Australia. The showing section is very basic, but thats adequate for a beginner anyway.
