My friends in Gero had a person come around wanting to buy chooks then asked about incubators so they showed them how they work and all, then the same person came back while the owner was at work and turned the incubator up to cook the eggs . so be carefull who you show stuff too , it happened to more than one friend too.

Apparently the person wants to take the whole chicken sales market in Geraldton my main friend told the guy to go away and wouldn't let him see anything , But our other friend had 150 eggs lost in his incubator and only 6 were infertile. They wouldn't tell who it was just warned me not to let anyone look. I am not sure if your getting eggs from D or T but D is the one who told them to go away.

No they are different there are several in the area , I personally know 4 breeders but there would be a lot more , Many are getting out because the cost are getting to high. The ones on gumtree are not up to show standard even tho she quotes them as.

they were eggs from different breeds for selling chicks a big demand for day olds just at the moment the person who had his incubator tampered with sells about 700 chickens a year. they were a mix of new Hampshire faveroles arauncana dorking leghorns and campiness . he has shown in the past but our main show got cancled. the ratio of male to female is averaged over a 1000 so some times you get more and sometimes you get less . I did a few experiments with temp and feed but it made no noticeable difference humidity made a difference in the health of the chicks born many use to high a humidity.
