Hi Everyone I am back from Hobart and the rare breeds show was great. I have bought back 24 eggs and my rcom 20 incubator takes 20 eggs and I have added the extra 4. I plan on candling the eggs in 7 days time and taking out the dud ones which will give some space. Will having the extra eggs in the incubator for a week affect the incubating process? I have had no changes in temps or humidity so far. Any ideas on this. Cheers linda

I wouldn't have a clue if you'll have problems but good luck with them. What breed are they?

If the temp and humidity and spot on and the eggs are being turned, they should be fine. I have eggs stacked on top of each other in the incubator as well. If you can't eat them all, hatch them!
