Thank's Chooky, my partner & I would love to see how it's done, we often go to York for various car show's & event's & are not complete stranger's to the town, once again, thank's for the chance.....................

No probs. We will be doing the next lot in about 8 to 10 weeks time. They are growing nicely at the moment. The lot after that is developing in the incubator.
I'll let you know when we will do them.

Minime,
I will be processing my australorpe rooster in the coming 2 to 3 weekends, usually on a Sunday. If you are still interested in learning how I do it, you are most welcome to drop in and watch. You are also welcome to bring your roosters to practise on.

Well, everything went like clockwork, & yes it was a lot less messy than I thought, however, we (She) only done one roo as a demonstration, & it's my turn when we move into our new property, I now have to identify the internal organ's so that I can collect & save the liver's for my pate, thank's chooky for the invitation.

Pate .... yum.
It is not a bad as it sounds most times. We usually do a few at once and make it a family event with the boys "helping" with the plucking.
