Hiya everyone, the reason I ask this is because I am thinking of going to go along to help out as my Uncle is a steward in the Poultry section. He wanted me to bring some birds to the show lol but he hasnt seen my birds!! I said I didnt think so as I'd be too embarrassed to show my backyarders!! Maybe after a few years of selective breeding I might feel confident enough to show something in the Brunswick Show!! Its the biggest around this area. I will definately go along and help out though. I didnt go last year but he said last year they had about 300 pens so it should be good this year too. It is in October. Sorry I dont know the date yet. My uncle is sending me a schedule lol so I will tell you all a bit later. It would be great if some other WAPers were coming, its a great country show. Cheers, Wendy

Hi all, well I had a great time at the show. I got to steward for a while which was interesting. I met lots of lovely people and saw lots of chookens. Best in show was a black bantam game bird. Lovely little thing. It was a great day

Wow, that would of been so interesting. You can pick the judges brains on what to look for while helping them.
