Update this morning, the three little ones have done well overnight, fluffing up nicley.
The other eggs have made a little progress, must of slept most of the night. Upon checking a total of 5 eggs are now pipping.

Update:
5 hatched, 2 dark blue, 2 buff and 1 partridge In the incubator we have 1 breach which we have helped partially, 4 pipping and 1 zipping.
We have candled them all and some have not made it. They did have a very rough trip in the post as we had lots of air bubbles.

The zipping one has just hatched and it is looking a mid to light blue.

what a shame. Still 12 is pretty good considering the buffeting they get in the transport...fingers crossed that a few more come out still

I am going to try incubating my own eggs this time. I think a combination of very hot weather, thunder storm and rough trip over has caused a lower than usual hatch. It may be something to think about for the future, not buying eggs that have to be posted in the heat of summer. My new rooster has started romancing with at least one hen. I will start them when these finish. I don't know if Judy will want a competition from these, could be another wild card situation.

Yes true, but I think you've done very well to hatch that many from posted eggs So how many of what colours have you ended up with? Btw, we're still waiting for a piccie of this amorous new roostie of yours

Well the hatch has finished with 13 hatching
I will give some more details in the morning about colours. I contacted the lady about the pink skin and of course she has never had it before and I get two. She is interested to know if they darken up too.

Plink guessed 14.
So I finished up with 3 buff (2 with pink skin), 1 partridge. These came from Shrimani farms and had a very rough trip even to the post man throwing the parcel onto the front verandah. 9 D Gregory eggs hatched and the colours are 1 silver, 3 mid to dark blue and 4 mid blue and the one that died looked to be dark blue. I will get the camera out today.
Steph I noticed there was a little bit of extra colour in a couple, one has a bit of white on its head. I will see if I can get Shelle to help me get pictures of the dirty blues.
