Update: the one that pipped last night went to sleep, it has now broken away the first bit of shell and another has pipped this morning.

This one just made a record, pipped and hatched in 3/4 hour, wow that was fast. Looks very very dark. So three hatched two pipping, one is zipping.

Another has hatched, so that is 4 and one zipping. Now all the eggs have moved around and all the gunk on them from the chicks it is hard to tell if anymore have pipped. I will check properly when I take the last two hatchlings out after they have dried a bit.

I will take some pictures after they finish hatching. I just took the little guys out and had a listen to the 4 remaining eggs. One was tapping, two were silent and one has pipped.

As they have dried they have lightened up a lot. So far 3 are a mid blue (look silverish) and one that is very pale yellow. My last one that was that colour has gone a light blue. But it may turn out to be a splash, oh please let it be splash, please, please, please.

A not so good picture of the new babies, one has just pipped and the other two are DIS. The colours are two mid blue, one light to mid blue, one silver and one almost white

Hatch is over, the last one died before it hatched. So the end result is hatch started on the 4th with 2 hatching and 3 hatching on the 5th.
