I have a friend in Geelong, She is 29. She has two adorable young boys aged 7 and 5. They both have Autism(one is severe) They both have Epilepsy( one is severe) They both have multiple other health problems. On top of all that She has Multiple Sclerosis! She has a loving 35 year old husband who works hard for a meager wage and dotes on them. They are very much struggling financially as their medical bills are astronomical. Last night they went to her father in laws birthday party, she left at a decent time to take her precious boys home. She rang her husband an hour later. Someone else answered and she heard her sister in law performing CPR on her husband. Before my friend could race to the hospital, he died Someone had killed him! This man is in custody, no charges have yet been laid. Why do some people have so much heart ache and devastation in their lives through no fault of their own and some people get a free and easy unappreciated ride??? On top of everything that you have just unbelievably read... It was her birthday

OMG, that is just absolutely tragic I know what you're saying, I also cannot fathom why some people suffer such terribly bad luck whilst others cruise through life.....its just not fair. I really feel for your friend and I hope she has lots of love and support to get her through this very difficult time.

That sucks. She sounds like a strong woman so I hope that she finds the strength to get through this one.

As Steph said, I really hope she gets lots of love and support, not only now but as she needs it, in months and years ahead. Raising children with any sort of disability is very taxing and now to have lost her husband, God only knows what she is and has been going through. Please send her our prayers and thoughts as she goes through this very difficult time.
