we pay up to $ 34.00 a bag for chook food a rip off so I bought a grister now grind my own grain mixed with meat meal it works fine the scraps I feed I mix with bran, pollard and meat meal and I get better laying this way the ducks love it as well I even made my own flour and made bread from it so its a win win for the both of us

Then their where 8..... but still OK!... & they all look like they'll make it!... but on saying that, they are very slow to get active as in eating/drinking, running about!... not like my Chickens... think they a not as bright!.... ;-))

I have never raised turkey chicks but I believe they can be a bit tricky.

on the ball with that one no they are not bright stupid is a better word hang on till they get out and about they will go up your trees and will not be able to get back down all good fun good luck giantrunt

They are getting stronger... but nothing like Chickens... very slow & doopy stilll.... still have the eight... two dark & the rest white/reddish... will be interesting to see how they develope...

Ya more then happy... only guessing the white ones are little hens... but really have no idea... but the two dark one are 50% bigger then the light/white ones... so one would assume they are female... quite day, watching V8.... next race 10 minutes...:-) :-)

IMHO I like the things what they get up to great stuff I have not bread them for a long time I do know that you have to watch the protein in the early stages or they can go off there legs fast and then they go backwards and never recover goof luck with them
