The overall shape looks pretty good, and the standards state that the beak should be slaty blue, comb face and wattle mulberry, ear lobes blue or mulberry, but apparently blue is preferred, legs and feet leaden, nails blue - white, skin mulberry, you can only actually see the earlobes which look blue, and the beaks look like the correct colour as well, so hopefully all the rest is there too. Overall they do look pretty good from the photos. Hope you get some and I will be putting in an order next year for chicks, and I think quite a few others will be too.

I have just made payment for the eggs. Now all start praying that he sends them quickly and packed well and that we get a good hatch.

Oh that's great fluffy!!! I just received a bunch of silky eggs today too. I'm resting those until sunday unfortunately, i got them too late in the week so if i set them tomorrow, they'll hatch when we're not here for a few days, so i've gotta time it so they hatch on the day before we get home. argh! I hope the wait isn't going to be a problem for them. I've got all the eggs on the auto turner thats out of the incubator (i keep forgetting to turn them, so thought if i put them on that while i wait, then it should be good) although i've got the silky eggs in the egg cartons resting for 24 hours befroe i'll put them on the auto turner.
