Had a quick candling of the eggs at day 4 last night. Looks really good. From what I can see all of the eggs are fertile bar one, a GLW which is a bit unclear. I will check again at day 7. Can't wait for hatch day!!

That's good chooky I checked mine last night too I have got a few clear but at day 3 will leave them in till Saturday . The little pekins are going bar 1 some of my New Hampshire are clear but I kept the older eggs here for myself. About 50% of the Australorps area clear Out of the eggs from Mr Perry 1 line of the andualsian are all going the other line look clear only 2 of the Faverol look to have started and I can't see in the Wellsummer clear enough too tell. I am thinking since you had a good strike rate the eggs I got must have vibrated too much in the car mine were packed big end done but no tissue paper around them. A lot of my clear eggs have the bubble hole appearance when candled in the shell

You must have been going pretty fast for the vibration to be that bad. My gut feeling is the eggs were either not fertile or already damaged.
