Hello fellow poultry keepers, I have been MIA for a few months, do read the board on occasion however have been so busy that I have not had time to post much here. Apart from that I was so new to keeping poultry I felt that I had nothing of importance to contribute. Probably still don't My question is, I have been asked about selling some of my chickens and so I am considering it. If I do decide to sell a few chickens here and there what are the regulations? Do I need to get any sort of permit? do anything in particular to/for the birds? Many thanks, I am sure some of you will be able to share your wisdom with this question. Cheers Kiitty

as far as i know you are not required ot have any sort of permit, you just advertise and sell would be a good idea to make sure they are parasite free before you sell them lol

and lets hope that they never think of bringing in a permit to do so. I think that the Government has enough funds from other parts to spend unwisely Trev
