Hi everyone please forgive my ignorance but is a coronation Sussex a speckled one and any speckle (eg brown/white and black or black and white speckled )thanks looking at a speckled Sussex and want to know what is what thanks

Hi Beck, the only way you ever learn anything is to ask other people so dont ever be embarassed about asking a question. A coronation sussex is exactly the same as a light sussex except where the black is it is a lavendar colour. this is Big Bopper my light sussex rooster These are some young coronation sussex chicks that the colouring is just starting to come through on to give you some idea of the colour and this is Mr & Mrs Speckle - they are speckled sussex They all are little bedragled looking as the silly things kept going out into the drizzle but hopefully it has helped

OH WOW that helps heaps horses7 your sussex are stunning and so are the chickies and big bopper is soo handsome i will have to consider a sussex rooster now for my 1 lonely hen (she hangs out with other girls no rooster) thanks for that i will have to try and post some pictures soon ( I did read the how to but still no luck will try again)THANK YOU SOO MUCH
