We have a quince tree in our family that is producing more and more quince every year.
Other than quince jelly/jam, does anyone have a receipe for them?

Google Maggie Beer she cooks with quince a lot and she was the one to market quince paste too!

I agree, quince paste and camembert is very yum. Fig paste is also yum. They don't make the little pots big enough for me when I am on a roll with the stuff!!
