I love this one with Chicken You will need 8 cups of grapes stemmed not all quite ripe will do red and green mixed will do 8 cups sugar 1 cup seedless raisins 1 cup coarsely chopped or broken walnuts grated rind of one orange and the juice of one orange the grapes are great if you have your own . now the fun starts ;D ;D ;D squeeze out the inside of the grapes into pan keep the skins cook the pulp for 1/2 hour ad a bit of water if needed, cook until soft and mushy ad the skins to the pulp and cook for one hour then ad 8 cups of sugar cook the mixture cook for another 1/2 hour stirring so it will not get caught on the bottom of the pan now ad the raisons, and the walnut meat grated rind of the orange and the orange juice, boil for another 15 to 20 mins on high you will see the raisins get fat in the pot keep testing for setness to your likening on a cooled plate when it set to your likening bottle it up should make about 8 /8oz jars of the good stuff I have just made 8 jars of this when you have a chicken meal just ad a bit on the side and put the jar stright back into the fridge or it will not last the meal ;D ;D Good luck Trev

Sounds like were all getting into it. I made some plum jam and chilli relish last week. That with spare eggs (not many at the moment ) make great gift for friends.
