HI guys What do you have in your veggie patch now. I was told not to plant anything this was in April /MAy, it was to late to plant except for winter veggies. anyway I took the gamble. I have climbing beans, bush beans, lettuce, tomatoes, spring onions, carrots, peas, and egg plant.YUM so it seems to have paid off. Would I do it again Yep, give it a go nothing to loose except a few seeds .every one was worried about an early frost, but after my horrific summer, I had nothing to loose. and I love all my veggies . Hi Trev We have peas, butter beans, tomatoes, carrots and the winter vegies. These have gone all well due to our mild weather (so far)! Keep up the good work. Cheers Linda

Hi Trev, I only have snap peas, carrots, swede, spinach, cabbage, parsnips, beetroot, garlic, onions, rhubarb and kale in the garden at the moment (other than my berries) Nothing else will grow down here in lower great southern at this time. We had a heavy frost Friday and a frost Sat as well though not as heavy. Is very cold as too not been getting over 14 where I am of a day lately. One day I will get down the list of things to build and be able to start on my greenhouse then we will be able to have some of those items that need warmth. In the meantime the list of priorities continues.
