Hi All
After my Silkie passed I had mentioned that one of my other hens had mucus bubbles forming. This is still happening but other than having a constantly dirty beak she is very alert, eating and drinking well and looks good.
The gentleman at the stockfeed place in Esperance suggested it may be worht worming her so i have done this abnd also offered garlic crumbles in the food.
Am I on the right track to making her better as I also bought 5 new babies home with me and want to make sure she is OK once the babies have grown up and are ready to go outside...Oh and I think I am more excited than the kids about our chickens (just quietly)
Thanks Leah

I forgot to mention that the man at the stockfeed place suggested I put the hens (10 weeks old) back on Starter Crumble so they are getting what they need from that.
