I'm by no means an expert but it sounds like your need a quick answer.
I dont think your meant to feed ducks bread long-term... from memory it causes vitamin defficancy and angel wing.
You need to get to a feed store asap and get some duckling starter, make sure you don't get chick starter as it has medicine in it that is fatal for ducklings. In the mean time people often feed new chicks boiled mashed egg yolk... I'd think its a pretty safe bet for ducklings too.

Start the ducklings on duck starter crumbles. I then switch mine to duck grower and finisher pellets at 3-4wks of age. Feeding ducklings an incorrect diet as they grow can often result in angel wing

Don't feed your baby ducks anything with salt in eg. left over cereals etc .It will kill them or cause fits.I always use chick starter crumble , duck starter if you can get it with no coccidiosis or other medication in .Use ice cube trays for food and water. Don't let them get wet or chiilled. Keep them in draught proof box cover with wire mesh to stop any vermin etc.Heat at 37.5 for first week reducing heat slowly over 6 weeks make sure they have room to move away from heat source if to hot. Over feeding and to much protein can cause Angel or slip wing in young ducks they grow to fast .The problem doesn't seem to bother the duck but it spoils the look of them.
