Hi everyone, I have been thinking of getting a couple of ducks for a while now and have recently found some young muscovies for sale in my area there is two different age groups some 4month olds and some 2month olds, can you easily sex them at 2months old? we had some when i was 13yrs old but i cant remember what age they were when we could definitely say that they were male or female. any and all comments appreciated. also if any one has any pictures for reference that would be a huge help. Thanks

Sorry - again, I'm not much help - but when my mum kept muscovies - the only way to tell was from the red (growth? - sorry not good with ducks ) around their face, The males would have much more much earlier - so I would assume young ducks - if thay have any - the ones with greater growth would be the males. Hope this helps - please don't hold me to it!
