Hi everyone, I don't know much about geese and their breeds. are these two pilgrims or pilgrim crosses maybe, the adult was sold to me as a male-though i have read that only female pilgrim are Grey. the adult has blue eyes(i don't know if this makes a difference) he was being attacked by the owners other two males(I'm sure one was white(male) and the other 3 Grey(one male and two females)). Also the baby(well a big baby now) I'm not sure on sex either, also Grey, eyes are not blue as of yet but now look a bit like Grey, this one has a white spot under its jaw. so here is some pictures. youngster at the front , adult at the back. same youngster in front. and and all comments and advice welcome thanks PS if you all need better pictures let me know

Hi Chickita If the older one is a male then it would be a cross breed. Pure Pilgrim males are pure white.

Hi,
With pilgrims the female is grey with a white ring at the base of her bill that will sometimes extend to the eyes. The females have brown eyes. The young one in the pictures my develop the white around the bill as it gets older. Male pilgrims are white but will have light grey patches on there thighs and lower tips of the wings. They have blue eyes.
Cheers
