They are under a broody hen at the moment and she is not moving. I had a peek this morning and could see at least two, one buff and one partridge. I will organise pictures when mum brings them out and put them on another thread.

I had two under her and two in the incubator due about the same time. So when the one in the incubator hatched the same day as one under the mum I thought I would give her them all to look after. Just as well because the other egg pipped and then died, it was a buff too. I just had a peep down the back and mum and bubs where out for a couple of minutes and I have 1 pure buff, 1 partridge and 1 more buff than partridge. So I am very happy.

nice work ladies i will be keen to see how the brahma crosses end up too walkaboutfarm and i hope you get a roo as i would love some pure bred hens
