Thanks for your well wishes everyone.
The other girls are looking very happy in their spanky clean house and a fresh bale of hay spread around the run too... but the little buggers didn't drink any of their water with the worming stuff in it today. I'll try again in a couple of days.
It hasn't put me off, I've just decided that I need to get a chicken tractor for emergency quarantine... and I might want some extra girls later in the year so it'll be handy to quarantine them too... I quite like the idea of trying to hatch some egg's if one of them goes clucky, I'm just a bit scared of what I'll have to do with any roosters, ofcoarse I'd rather find them homes but I think if I mentally prepare myself from the outset I'd be fine eating them.

Hi Ashley, I use a babies portacot for a sick bay area now. Keeps any infection off the soil to. Cheers, Wendy
