Wow Brendan, I have quite a few toxic plants in my garden. Who would have thought lobelia and hydrangea?? I have planted foxgloves everywhere so Im trying to keep the chooks and ducks out of those gardenbeds.

me too wendy, my block is full of plants which i didn't realize where toxic to poultry, so I'll be pulling out a few plants this weekend

Im not pulling much out, only in the areas they have access to.Otherwise Id have to get rid of all my hard work A couple of months ago, I was freaking out about the Alstroemarias and the ducks were hoeing into them. I had read that they were toxic. They didnt get sick at all. They arent on those lists either So Go figure.

I'll only remove the plants from there yards, if i did the whole block I'd have nothing left I usually follow the general rule of thumb, if the plants has a milky white sap, it's best to restrict access too it, not in all cases but I just figure why take the chance!!
