I got these out of the quokka on thursday, a couple are really friendly & will eat out of our hands & the others are get there, im not sure what they all are i know one is a frizzle & the others im not sure.... hope the pics work this time!! Can anyone tell me what breed this one is??? I have her & a cream & red one the same but her head doesnt have as much hair as this one, shes the boss of the aviary now! even my pheasants wich are 4x her size get out of her way ! she even perches with them right up high & not on the lower perches with the rest of teh girls I got a bantam rooster too - the lady said if he caused any trouble i could take him back but so far he only crows at lunchtime & isnt very loud..... if the pics diddnt work here is the facebook link again all my pets are in this album & the pics are full size.... www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=1921217&l=946d586aa1&id=579382676

I would say that the last photo is a cream legbar, and if you are lucky she will lay you green/bluey coloured eggs. Cant see in the photo but does she have a pea or a single comb.

Looks a bit of a pea comb.....but still pretty small. Also looks a bit like my crossbred Pekin x Araucana ...also blue egg layer...sounds like mine too bossy little thing. Lovely looking chooks all the same and I love all of your other pets. The frizzle has a lovely colour

ummm, isn't legbar a large breed? Do they come in bantum? also, I didn't think they had such dark skin... this banty is very similar to some mix breeds I used to know at a farm in Bridgetown, we'd always assumed they were silkie cross without the fluffy feather, though some were fluffy! I am really curious now for childhood history's sake!

all the same they are lovely and that frizzle is the coolest chicken i have to agree and the colour is awesome very nice
