will be held on Sunday 7th June at the Gidgegannup showgrounds. the bullsbrook poultry club will be having a poultry promotion day coinciding with this in the poultry pavilion. pure bred poultry will be on display, and there will be birds for sale. the display birds will not be able to be taken home if for sale until the day ends, but the for sale birds can be taken at will once paid for. there are no fees associated with the buying of the birds other than whatever teh fee is at the gate of the field day there will also be a sausage sizzle available at the shed, to raise money for the club. come along and see the brand new floor of the poultry pavilion.......all concreted now so no more dust!! hope to see some of you there cheers jacquie.

sorry no idea what will be for sale, thats not much help to you i know. shea its on for the whole day, i think the field day goes from 9am-5pm............i know we have to have all vehicles out by 8.30am. i have a couple of little black silkie chicks, i can't say what sex they are atm, as they are still on ly 10 days old, but there very well may be a rooster amongst them. there are with really promising middle toe fluff, but it will jsut be a matter of seeing if they grow up, as you know, pure black or mixed colours. there is a chance that they will be a good black as their half brother i have seen photos of is black........................but you will still have a while to wait for them. there was a lady i knew in wanneroo who had teh most beautiful jet black silkies, with the green sheen, but she got very sick, and i don't know if she is still selling birds.

Jacquie would you be able to find out if she still does have them? I would appreciate it so much. My sister is also after a black silkie rooster as well.
