No there are standards for both single and rose combs in the Rhode Island category.

oh i never knew that so will you get both comb out of one roo or do you need to breed a single comb with the same and vice versa ??

Single comb is recessive, so the roo obviously had both genes. I have been given the genetic possibilities so it looks like if the rose comb is a roo then it will be split for single, whick emans from a single hen then chicks will be single.
