Sunday 23rd August at Gidgegannup Show Grounds WA Wyandotte Fanciers Asscoiation Annual Show. It will probably be in conjunction with the Bantam Pekin Club Show as it was last year, but I don't know if this has yet been confirmed.

Gee Beck I probably saw you there. I plan to go again this year and I'm thinking about entering my rooster and possibly a couple of hens. Will depend how my latest crop turn out. Most of my older hens are not really show quality although one is quite presentable. It's not that I would expect to win but by entering you get feedback from the judges and some ideas on what to do next.

oh mike that would be great we may meet up or at least let me know which birds you are entering maybe i should put one of my silver lace in do you know what kind of things to look for and what i should do also they are not vaccinated does this matter...sorry...they are the best silver lace i have seen in a while i got them off a old guy he is mad on having the purest blood lines in his poultry and only sells stock twice a year so at least i will know if he was pulling my leg

We should make a date and time for those that want to meet there and maybe perhaps some other shows that may be coming up

Great Idea. I know from trying to meet up with Tina at Mundi Markets how hard it was to find each other, we need to work out any easy way to recognise people.

I recon that we should all get a WAP badge made up and then we could look around for the badges and / or maybe we could all post a pic of ourselves and /o maybe if some one knows the grounds of the for each event tell the others of a particular landmark to meet at a designated time. Well August is a long way off. So I am sure that we can work something out before then....Meantime any suggestions on an event coming up a bit sooner than then. Preferably on a weekend so us workers can make it

Maybe someone can set up a card table with some flyers to promote WAP. Nobody would have to sit there all day as it would only be flyers. But we could make that the meeting place. Not that I'll probably be able to come, but I will try
