this years lambing has started with disaster two aborted lambs from the same mother she is normally a very good mother but for some reason she aborted three weeks early her mate gave me two born this morning and doing well lets hope that the others do as she has done I know that there going to end up in the freezer but I hate to loose them before I have a chance to save them never mind we are on for 100 percent at this time normally we get 200 percent lambing fingers crossed we can improve on this some rain would help

We have 2 running around at the moment. To boys. We should get a few more in the coming weeks.
Which breed of sheep do you have? I have mainly merinos and very seldom get twins. Last year we had a few sets but most years we only get singles.
