how it works you use the last letter of the previous word to form the new word, but the new word has to do with poultry or water fowl in some way and you have to supply a little bit of info or photo about it. I'll start it off with
Pekin - The pekin fowl is classed as a true bantam.
and the next word has to start with "N"
If you get really stuck you can use a previously used word but have to supply a different bit of information.

English Fowl English fowl are distinguished for the fine quality of their meat and, like the French breeds, are more valuable as table birds than as egg layers

North Holland blue The North Holland Blue is a breed of chicken originating in the province of North Holland. Created around the turn of the 20th century as laying breed, North Holland Blues come in single variety with black and white striped pattern called Cuckoo. North Holland Blues have quiet, docile temperaments, and hens are good layers of light brown eggs. In the 21st century, they are rather rare, being almost unknown outside their native country and the U.K. North Holland Blues have white skin, and are clean-legged in their home country. British breed standards call for feathered legs.

Araucana splash bantam Their eggs vary in colour from a Skye Blue through to Olive Green. For some years Araucana eggs were promoted as the ‘Low Cholesterol’ egg, so healthier than other eggs, however this has been found to be a fallacy – cholesterol levels are similar for all eggs.
