Please place your guesses here. Guesses can be made right up until the hatch date or when chicks start to hatch whichever the soonest.
Number of Eggs: 18 Due Date: 8th Oct Breed: Silkie
Background of eggs set 18 silkie eggs set lunchtime Thursday 17th September, due 8th October. All eggs are from my own silkies.
Just thought I would mention I usually have a 20 day incubation period with mine.
Hatch is monitored by Fluffychook
Please state what date you think they will hatch
If more than 1 person guesses the correct number of chicks hatched , then the hatch dates are considered. If the correct number and dates are not guessed, it will then go to the closest guess in the same sequence.
Good luck everybody

I am hoping for something besides blue....once I would have been happy with that. So far we have 3 blues and a couple more zipping away that look....blue. I had a bearded buff rooster for several weeks so was hoping he has managed to sire some, still more to come so there is hope yet.

Finally something that is not blue, it is still drying out but has some buff colouring as well as dark. 9 have hatched so far.
