Great hatch rate Beck, you could ask for much more.
One little jap banty has hatched so far on the 13th, with several more pipping so far, and would you believe the temp had risen by .2 so hopefully wont have too many curly toes

About 40 so far have hatched, but there are still a few more in the bator that have pipped and zipped, but one little on has died as he had a bung belly button

Oh that's not too bad consiering the power outage and still more to come. Sorry about the little one with th bung belly button, I hope none of the other ones that hatched have any other side effects of the bater getting cold.

Sorry, I kept getting sidetracked, ended up with 47 chicks hatching, little bit disappointing but with the power problems and temp spike it could have been worse, so the closest guess is 82 and congrats to CluckN Waddle,

Did I win? Woohoo! lol 47 chickies isnt too bad, considering not only the power and temp probs but also fertility at this time of year Which breed had the best hatch rate?
